Joseph Fortunato joined the KDLM team in 2020 and has been a tremendous asset in serving our New York clients and their families.

Joseph handles cases involving general liability with an emphasis on negligence and construction accidents, but his portfolio includes a breadth of personal injury cases ranging from car and truck accidents to dog bites. He takes pride in his ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients and their families based on empathy, trust, and hard work.
